Nile Basin experts start negotiations in Sharm

Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Mohamed Nasreddine Allam is chairing on Sunday 11/4/2010 the inaugural session of the Nile Basin Technical Consultative and Negotiations committees meetings to discuss pending issues of the legal and institutional aspects of the River Nile framework agreement. The meetings will consider a final report on the Nile Basin countries’ stand on water security to refer it to the ministerial meeting in Sharm El-Sheikh on Tuesday.
